About the Author: Dr.Cesar Fabiani

Dr. Cesar A. Fabiani was born in Cochabamba, Bolivia. He graduated from the Catholic University, School of Medicine in Cordoba, Argentina at 23. Dr. Fabiani is licensed to practice medicine in Argentina, Bolivia and in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in the USA. At present, he practices outpatient psychiatry in Pennsylvania. He is the medical director of APM (Association of PuertoRicans in March) also part time psychiatrist at Citywide Community Counseling Services in Philadelphia and Internet Behavioral care in Trevose, Bucks County, Pa.

Board Certified in Psychiatry & Addiction

[/COLOR]He is board certified in Psychiatry, Administrative Psychiatry and Addiction Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. Dr. Fabiani, in 2006, was bestowed as Distinguished Life fellow of The American Psychiatric Association. He has written more than 30 articles and two books one in Spanish “Familia and Frontiers” and the other “Humanity and Byberry Hospital.”
