Dra. Frances Robles Peña, is a physician graduated from the Central University of the East, San Pedro de Macoris, Dominican Republic, specialize in internal medicine at the Bronx Lebanon Hospital, Bronx New York, in the same Hospital She  graduate study of fellowship, in Gastroenterology, Dr. Robles has 33 years of experience, in the exercise of her  career currently belongs to the largest gastro-enterological services center, private in the state of Florida, «Gastro Med Miami», with 3 different offices.

Affiliated to several Hospitals of the State of Florida, with which she has privilege of hospitalization, among them are the Baptist Hospital of Miami, Kendall Regional Hospital and South Miami Hospital.

Dr. Robles, was the first woman president of the Hispanic Association of Health Professionals, Inc. NY, was also president of the Medical Society Dental, Inc. NY, the oldest organization of Dominican doctors, in the state of New York, founded 41 years ago.

During her time at the ahpsi, as president  Dra.Robles,  contribute to create and develop several programs and new initiatives, among others, modernize the development of our monthly newsletter, better known as «El Periodiquito», at that time it was a novel program, which allowed to communicate our association with its members, and collaborators, remember that at that time there was no internet.

She was the delegated president of the CIR, the committee of inmates and residents, the largest association of Residents, and a Fellow of medicine throughout the United States, with more than 15, 000 members, in whose organization, Dr. Robles, I fight for improving the quality of life of the resident doctor, during his time as a resident of internal medicine and as fellowship, of Gastro enterologia.

Dr. Robles, helped dozens of medical professionals managed to enter the medical residency, for the Bronx Lebanon Hospital, during his stay at the hospital, and during the exercise of his career, in the state of New Jersey.
