Hostos Community College is currently recruiting for a NO COST Clinical Medical Assistant Training Program starting in September 2018. Classes will be offered in the evening hours, 6-9PM, Monday-Thursday. Upon successful completion of the 468-hour program, students are eligible to sit for (3) Industry-Recognized Certifications: EKG, Phlebotomy and CCMA through National Health Careers Association (NHA). CPR Training will also be included.

Eligibility Requirements
18 y/o+
New York City resident
Eligible to work in the U.S.
Income less than $30,000/year
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
9th Grade Reading and 8.5 Math Level
Complete HR Requirements and background check
Ability to attend all sessions: evenings (12 hours/week) for a year
