Aqui la Informacion oficial Como conseguir: limited licensure in Massachusetts

you have not received the DMD or DDS degree from a CODA-accredited
dental school in the US or Canada, you are eligible for limited
licensure in Massachusetts, which allows you to practice under the
supervision of a fully-licensed dentist in a public health clinic,
dental school, hospital, or prison. The application for initial dental
intern limited license lists all the necessary requirements and
documents to be submitted. That application may be found on the
Board’s web site, http://www.mass.gov/dph/boards/dn under
Licensing/Applications and Forms/Limited License. Private practice is
not allowed with a limited license.

The exam is “open book,” that is, the answers are found in documents
on line, and these may be used when the exam is taken. Our
regulations will likely change within the next couple of months, as we
will soon begin to register dental assistants. Therefore, the exam
may change soon, as well. So, we are sending the exam only to those
who plan to apply right away for a license.
