En el 1985 finalizó su Doctorado en Medicina, en la Universidad Central del Este (UCE), Republica Dominicana, realizando su pasantía en Hospital Militar Dr. Ramón de Lara en Santo Domingo, Republica Dominicana, Realizó su especialización en el Hospital Naval Marcilio Días, en Rio de Janeiro, Brasil en “ Cirugía General ” abril del 1990 y luego “ Cirugía Plástica y Reconstructiva ” en abril del 1992.
