Ahpsi, asociación hispana  de profesionales de la salud, inc NY, publica este breve artículo sobre los requerimientos para aplicar a la licencia de tecnico Radiologo, en estado de Massachusetts, recuerde todas las aplicaciones y examenes estan escrito  en el idioma inglés.

Requirements to obtain a radiologic technician license vary by state, but generally include completing an accredited radiologic technology program, passing a comprehensive exam administered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and obtaining a license from the state in which you plan to practice. Some states may also require a criminal background check, and may require applicants to have a certain number of hours of clinical experience.

TECNICO RADIOLOGO EN MASSACHUSETTS, QUE NECESITO:

What are the requirements to obtain a radiologic technician license, massachusetts ? 

In Massachusetts, radiologic technicians must obtain a license from the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Radiologic Technology in order to practice radiography. To obtain a license, applicants must: 

1. Have completed a minimum of 12 months of formal radiologic technology education from an approved program 

2. Have completed an American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) approved educational program and received a passing score on the ARRT certification examination 

3. Demonstrate professional conduct, including the successful completion of a criminal background check 

4. Possess valid CPR certification 

5. Submit a completed application and application fee 

6. Provide letters of reference 

7. Submit to a jurisprudence exam 

8. Submit to a medical examination and chest X-ray as determined by the Board 

9. Submit evidence of continuing education (CE) credits as required by the Board

3. Have at least two years of supervised post-graduate clinical experience working with couples and families.

4. Submit an application to the Massachusetts Board of Allied Mental Health and Human Services Professions.

5. Pay the required licensure fee.

What are the requirements to obtain a school counselor license in Massachusetts?.

In order to obtain a school counselor license in Massachusetts, candidates must have the following qualifications:

1. Possess a master’s degree in school counseling from an accredited college or university.

2. Complete a minimum of two years of satisfactory full-time, supervised experience in a school setting as a school counselor or school guidance counselor.

3. Pass the Praxis II School Counseling Exam.

4. Complete the School Counselor Licensure Program in Massachusetts, which includes an approved practicum and internship.
