La Asociación Hispana de Profesionales de la Salud, Inc. — AHPSI, junto al Comité del Desfile y Festival Dominicano del Condado de Union, anuncia con gran aprecio la participación, por primera vez como auspiciador, de Union County Savings Bank, Union Branch, representado por Mr. Jerry Jerez, en apoyo a la XIII Feria Comunitaria de la Salud “Decide to Be Healthy”.

Expresamos nuestro más sincero agradecimiento a Union County Savings Bank por confiar en nuestra misión comunitaria y por brindar su apoyo económico a este importante evento. Esta primera participación representa el inicio de una valiosa alianza orientada a fortalecer la prevención, la educación y el acceso gratuito a servicios de salud para cientos de familias de Elizabeth y comunidades vecinas.

La feria se celebrará el domingo 26 de julio de 2026, de 9:00 a. m. a 3:00 p. m., en la Escuela Juan Pablo Duarte & José Martí, ubicada en 25 First Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07206.

Durante el evento se ofrecerán gratuitamente servicios como medición de la presión arterial, pruebas de glucosa y colesterol, electrocardiogramas, evaluaciones dentales y visuales, orientación nutricional, apoyo en salud mental, educación sobre la salud de la mujer y del hombre, pruebas y orientación sobre VIH, hepatitis C, servicios sociales, legales, financieros y referimientos de salud.

Invitamos a los residentes de Elizabeth, Union County y ciudades cercanas a participar en esta gran jornada familiar de prevención, educación y esperanza.

UNION COUNTY SAVINGS BANK JOINS THE XIII ANNUAL COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR FOR THE FIRST TIME AS A SPONSOR

The Hispanic Association of Health Professionals, Inc. — AHPSI, together with the Dominican Parade and Festival of Union County Committee, is pleased to announce the first-time participation of Union County Savings Bank, Union Branch, represented by Mr. Jerry Jerez, as a sponsor of the XIII Annual Community Health Fair, “Decide to Be Healthy.”

We express our sincere appreciation to Union County Savings Bank for placing its trust in our community mission and for providing financial support to this important event. This first-time sponsorship marks the beginning of a meaningful partnership dedicated to strengthening prevention, health education, and access to free healthcare services for hundreds of families in Elizabeth and neighboring communities.

We also extend special recognition and gratitude to Lic. Yamely Balcácer and Lic. Raymundo De La Rosa, members of the Organizing Committee, for their valuable efforts, dedication, and commitment in helping make this important collaboration possible.

The health fair will take place on Sunday, July 26, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., at the Juan Pablo Duarte & José Martí School, located at 25 First Street, Elizabeth, New Jersey 07206.

Free preventive health services will include blood pressure checks, glucose and cholesterol screenings, electrocardiograms, dental and vision evaluations, nutrition counseling, mental health support, education on women’s and men’s health, HIV and hepatitis C testing and education, social and legal services, financial education, and healthcare referrals.

We warmly invite residents of Elizabeth, Union County, and neighboring cities to join us for this important day of health, prevention, education, and hope.
